How This Pre-order Works
This is a pre-order project, which means the Spider Plush Charm will only move into production if the order goal is reached.
Goal: 30 orders
Pre-order closes: Oct.9
If the goal is reached, production will begin after the pre-order period ends.
If the goal is not reached, all orders will be fully refunded.

Estimated Timeline
Production usually takes around 1 months after the pre-order closes.
After production is finished, each plush will go through a quality check before shipping.
Before You Order
This is a pre-order item, so please make sure you’re comfortable with the waiting time before placing your order.
During the pre-order period, cancellation requests may be accepted. However, payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once the pre-order period ends, cancellations and refunds will no longer be available, since production will be arranged based on the final order quantity.
If the project does not reach the required order quantity, or if we are unable to proceed with production for any reason, we will issue a full refund.
Each plush is handmade, so small differences may appear between pieces. Minor variations in shape, embroidery placement, fabric texture, or small loose threads are normal and are not considered defects.
Please handle small attached details, masks, hair pieces, and accessories with care.
