Shipping Coverage
We ship worldwide, with a few exceptions due to carrier limitations or local regulations, including:
- Remote or inaccessible regions
- Military addresses (APO/FPO)
- Certain restricted or high-risk areas
Final delivery availability is confirmed during order processing.
Processing Time
- In-stock items: shipped within 3–5 business days

Sample orders:
Sample production typically takes 3–5 weeks, depending on design complexity.
After completion, shipping usually takes an additional 7–15 business days. -
Pre-order / Group order / Crowdfunded items:
Production begins only after the campaign successfully reaches MOQ.For most crowdfunded plush products, bulk production and quality inspection typically require 2.5–3 months after the campaign ends before shipment begins.
More complex designs, custom clothing, or accessories may require additional production time.

Custom orders:
Production time is typically 4–8 weeks before shipping, depending on project complexity.
Delivery Time
Estimated shipping time after dispatch:
- Standard international shipping: 7–15 business days
- Economy shipping (selected regions): 15–45 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Shipping Methods
We work with international logistics partners including express and economy carriers.
- Express shipping (faster delivery, may incur duties)
- Standard shipping (cost-efficient, may include local delivery partners)
Shipping method is automatically selected based on destination and order type.
Customs & Duties
Orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees depending on your country.
These charges are not included in the item price and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.
Address Changes
- Before shipping: address changes can be requested by contacting support
- After shipping: address changes are not possible
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Failed Delivery
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unclaimed parcels
- Refused delivery or unpaid duties
If a parcel is returned due to these reasons, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We will review the case and provide a replacement or solution where applicable.
