APPLY YOUR PROJECT
Share your artwork, character, and social channels with us via Instagram DM @wemakeit_lab or email.
PROJECT REVIEW
We review the character, audience, product idea and production feasibility. If it's a good fit, we'll confirm the collaboration details with you.
PETITION
Supporters join the Petition with a small deposit. Once the goal is reached, we create the sample for free and open the preorder. The deposit goes toward the final order, and is fully refunded if the goal isn’t reached.
SAMPLE CREATION
Once the Petition reaches its goal, we create the physical plush.
You’ll review the sample and share feedback before the full preorder opens.
PRE-ORDER & PRODUCTION
Once the sample is approved, we open the full preorder.
After the preorder ends, we begin bulk production for all confirmed orders.
CHECK, PACKING & SHIPPING
Once production is complete, we inspect each item, pack every order carefully, and ship directly to supporters with tracking.

Do I need to pay upfront?
No upfront payment is required from the creator. We use the Petition stage to validate demand before moving into sampling and production.
What happens if the project doesn't reach its goal?
We review the result with you and decide whether the concept should be adjusted or paused. A project does not move into full production until its launch requirements are met.
How long does a project take?
The timeline may vary depending on the product and revisions. We’ll confirm the estimated timeline before we get started.
Will I receive the sample?
Yes. Once the Petition reaches its goal, we’ll create the sample and ship it to you after it’s finished.
How do creator payouts work?
Payout terms are agreed before launch. After the preorder ends, we calculate the final sales and send your creator payout.
Do I need to handle shipping or customer service?
No. We handle order collection, manufacturing, quality control, packaging, global fulfillment and customer support.
Do I keep the rights to my character and artwork?
Yes. You keep full ownership of your character and artwork. We only use them for the agreed project. You’re responsible for making sure you have the rights to any designs or materials you submit for commercial use.
