How This Preorder Works
The preorder will be open for approximately 2 weeks.
Once the preorder period ends, Relly will officially move into bulk production.
For Petition Supporters
If you previously supported Relly during the Petition, you don't need to place another order.

For New Customers
Missed the Petition? No worries! You can still preorder Relly now.
Simply place your order during the 2-week preorder period.
Estimated Timeline
Production usually takes around 1–2 months after the preorder closes.
Once production is complete, each plush will go through a quality check before shipping.
Before You Order
Because this is a preorder item, please make sure you're comfortable with the waiting time before placing your order.
Once the preorder period ends, cancellations and refunds will no longer be available, since production will be arranged based on the final order quantity.
Each plush is handmade, so small differences may appear between pieces. Minor variations in shape, embroidery placement, fabric texture, or small loose threads are normal and are not considered defects.
Please handle small attached details, hair pieces, and accessories with care.
