How This Preorder Works
The preorder will be open for approximately 2 weeks.
Once the preorder period ends, Hanzo and Cassidy will officially move into bulk production.
For Early Access Supporters
If you previously supported Hanzo or Cassidy during Early Access, you’ll receive a $5.99 credit code by email for the plush you supported.
Simply use your code at checkout to apply your original pledge toward your preorder.
If you supported both Hanzo and Cassidy, you’ll receive credit for both pledges.
Early Access supporters will also receive an exclusive early supporter gift with their order.
For New Customers
You don’t need to have joined Early Access to preorder.
Simply choose Hanzo, Cassidy, or the Pair and place your order during the preorder period.
If you choose the Pair, you’ll only pay the shipping fee once for both plushies.
Estimated Timeline
Production usually takes around 1.5–2 months after the preorder closes.
Once production is complete, each plush will go through a quality check before shipping.
Before You Order
Because this is a preorder item, please make sure you’re comfortable with the waiting time before placing your order.
Once the preorder period ends, cancellations and refunds will no longer be available, since production will be arranged based on the final order quantity.
Each plush is handmade, so small differences may appear between pieces. Minor variations in shape, embroidery placement, fabric texture, or small loose threads are normal and are not considered defects.
Please handle small attached details, hair pieces, and accessories with care.
