A: We can create plush based on your original characters (OC), artwork, or concepts. If you're unsure, feel free to send us your idea — we’re happy to help.

Pricing & Production

Q: How much does a custom plush cost?
A: Pricing depends on the complexity of your design.
Simple designs usually range from $90–$130, while more detailed designs range from $130–$170.

Q: Do you offer bulk pricing?
A: Yes! The price per unit decreases with quantity. Bulk orders are perfect for artist drops or pre-orders.

Q: How long does production take?
A:
• Sample: 3–6 weeks
• Bulk production: 2–3 months

Timelines may vary depending on design complexity.

Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide 🌍

However, we may be unable to deliver to certain restricted or hard-to-reach locations, including but not limited to military bases, PO boxes, freight forwarding warehouses, sanctioned regions, and some remote islands or territories with limited carrier access.
